This summer and fall are full of travel, teaching, and recipe testing. Andrew Schloss and I continue to teach grilling classes around the country, especially at COPIA, where we extend our Certified Grill Master program this fall. I'll also be on the road in Canada and elsewhere this fall promoting The Science of Good Food.
